Last weekend, my dad, mom, and I went to the zoo. It was my first time to the zoo in my city. Turns out, the zoo in my city is very large with a variety of animals that I can see. Me, mom, and dad walked around the zoo and saw all the animals one by one. There, we saw giraffes, deer, horses, monkeys, goats, and elephants. We could see a giraffe eating leaves straight from the tree. Its long neck makes it easy for the giraffe to eat leaves even those in the highest parts of trees. We also saw monkeys climbing up the trees! During the trip, my father and mother talked about these animals. My father told me that elephants are the largest land mammals on earth.
